After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to customer service.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. All international orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, with most leaving the warehouse within 2-5 days. Average delivery time ranges from 5-15 business days. Allow for possible weather-related delays.

 

My payment didn't go through, why did I still get charged?

In case of declined payment or unaccepted orders, your bank/card provider will refund the funds within 24-72 business hours (timings vary by cc/bank). Please consult your financial institution for further details.

 

My tracking shows my package was delivered, yet I did not receive it.

Check with neighbors and household members for your package. Contact your postal carrier and local post office to see if they have it. Packages are typically scanned prior to delivery.



My tracking indicates that my package has been in transit for over 10 days. What should I do?

How can I return an item?

For returns, items must be in new/unworn condition with original packaging. Contact customer service to initiate the process.

 

Is it possible to exchange my item even if I ordered the wrong size?

Can I change my order if I received the wrong size/color/item?

Please contact customer service promptly. Our warehouse initiates new orders quickly. The order may already be in process or waiting for postal pick up. While we try to accommodate changes, be aware that our service may not relay changes to the warehouse in time.
