Standard Delivery Times of Goods and Services for Product Purchases

Our Merch are sourced and printed from our Partnered Manufactures based in the United States and Europe.

Customers outside of the United States and Europe may expect longer shipping times. What we can promise, is that we will do our best to get you your item shipped and delivered within a timely matter. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

Buyer’s Remorse
No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse.  All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Duplicate Order/Payment Declined
When placing an order, your credit card provider may decline the order due to fraud protection, wrong zip code, CVV, or other reasons. Please check your statement for pending transactions before making another attempt. Sometimes the credit card companies will attempt another charge and/or approve the payment.

If this happens and you’re seeing duplicate charges, please email us though we cannot promise that we’ll be able to catch this in time since most of our orders are fulfilled within 24 hrs.

Order Not Received

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was made.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbors, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.

Ordering

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price.

Wrong Address
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, all through payment providers like PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability.
